Getting Started is Easy

 Volunteering Considerations 
Consider Library hours, locations, and available opportunities before applying. 

 Submit a Volunteer Interest Form  Let us know what you are interested in volunteering and submit a Volunteer Interest Form online. 

 Attend a Volunteer Orientation 
After submitting your interest form, you will be contacted by a library staff member within 5 to 7 business days to schedule your Volunteer Orientation date.

Tutoring Opportunities (Must be 18 or older)

Adult Basic Education (ABE) Adults 18+ get help with reading, writing, and math.

Child Basic Education (CBE) Children ages 7-17 can get help with reading, writing, and math.

Citizenship Test Preparation (CTP) Test Prep for the United States Citizenship Test.

English as a Second Language (ESL) Learn to read, write, and speak English from beginner to advanced levels. 

GED Preparation (GED) Students get assistance in a variety of high school subjects to help pass their GED or high School equivalency test.
