The Library leveraged over 60+ partnerships in the Summer.
The Library introduced the community to county and community leaders through the newly launched Guest Reader program. 25 Guest Readers were featured.
Over $700,000+ value donated in Reading Incentives.
Over 15+ teens volunteered over 200+ hours for the Lunch at the Library program.
9,381 meals served this year at Lunch at the Library, across 4 branches.
The Kern County Library was featured this year in the New York Times for its outstanding success in the Lunch at the Library initiative in California.
