Beale Children's Services

The Arkelian Children's Library contains a storytelling area, a special collection of award-winning books, and two multi-media workstations. It is located on the first floor of the library.

The staff presents a weekly preschool story hour; see the events calendar for the current schedule. Additional programs are scheduled throughout the year, especially during the Summer Reading Program. Tours for school classes and other groups may be arranged by calling (661) 868-0750
